About LN Cash

What LN Cash is, what it isn't, and who it's for.

Published May 18, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026

LN Cash helps creators, freelancers, developers, and small merchants find the simplest way to accept Bitcoin over Lightning — without having to become a crypto expert first.

What this is

An independent, opinionated comparison and education site for Lightning Network payment tools. We compare wallets and payment processors, explain the protocol in plain language, and write country-specific guides for places where local context matters.

What this isn't

  • A bank, wallet, or payment processor.
  • An exchange or trading platform.
  • A custodial service of any kind.
  • A financial advisor.
  • A "get rich with Bitcoin" site.

We compare tools. We don't operate them. We don't touch your funds, your keys, or your payments. See our affiliate disclosure for how we make money.

Who it's for

  • Creators who want to accept Lightning tips without setting up a server.
  • Freelancers and indie makers who want to invoice in sats.
  • Small merchants taking payments at a counter or online.
  • Developers integrating Lightning into an app or website.

Editorial standards

Every recommendation on this site is editorial. Most pages at launch are flagged as drafts — we publish them so contributors can review structure and tone, but we do not yet treat them as authoritative. See how we review.

How we're funded

Affiliate commissions on links we recommend, sponsored placements that are clearly labeled, and (later) paid setup kits and directory listings. We do not run display ads. We do not sell email data. See affiliate disclosure for the rules we follow.
